What makes this course unique? 

*No need to share!  This is a format aimed at those who are not comfortable with disclosing outside the relationship, the focus is on strategies and tools.

*The day does not explore the specifics of your personal relationship dynamic. It provides you both with the insight to identify your own priorities, and enhance your relationship at your own pace.

*Results driven. The aim of the course is to effect an immediate positive change in your relationship, encouraging an environment in which you can continue to make incremental improvements.

*Empowering. The day enables you to independently apply the skills you have learned to improve your relationship if you cannot commit to formal weekly therapy.
